Update: Had to go back and get wipers, the ones I got were crap. So I ordered a pair on line went in and they only had one at the store. The guy that was helping me first was new and didn't know much, so he called over a second guy. He went in the back and came out to inform me that these were more than the other's but he'd make up for it. He then "gave" me a package on Rain X wipes. And went out to put them on. I wanted the paperwork out of the box but he threw it away. Got home and I had been charged for the free wipes! I think it's time to change stores. The wipers the lady put on don't work at all, they smear on both sides of the windshield of course it is where you look through. I don't know if they are just bad wipers or they really don't fit my car. I think I'm past the return time so that was a waste of 50.00. I had ordered windshield wipers online and went to pick them up. Good thing I asked them for help, when I ordered them online it gave me the wrong wipers. The gentleman who helped me was great. I was in a hurry and needed to meet someone, but he found the correct ones, put them on for me and I was where I needed to be on time. So as far as I'm concerned it is a great place. Went back to get a rear wiper blade, the lady helping me found the correct one and went to install it and broke my wiper off. So we had to order an entire wiper for it, at their expense. I was told it would be in on Wednesday and they would call me to install the wiper and the blade. So far I haven't heard anything back. So what started off as a good thing has ended up being a total hassle. I hope they can get it fixed without anymore incidents.
