This company has terrible service. I experienced myself this year and I will no longer be using their services. Mid States propane was able to get out the same day after us waiting multiple days for Ferrell to deliver propane that was pre-paid. We have a platinum contract with them and Mid States price was also lower. The one good thing I have to say is the call center was extremely helpful and I feel terrible for those employees that they have to support such a horrendous company. Fair warning. Do not make this mistake I made and use the company for your propane needs.

Prices are way higher than everyone else locally and their delivery this last time was a disaster. Took way longer then what they said and all their answer was we have you on the list. Im switching companies as soon as this tank is done.

I've been a Ferrellgas customer for years and will be switching once our contract for keep full is up this spring. Their keep full program used to be awesome and I never had to worry about it. The past two years I have had to call and beg them to refill our tank. We have ran out in the middle of the night and when we called the afterhours line the driver asked if he could come the next day because he was tired. It was 45 degrees in our house and he seemed upset that we asked to be filled late at night. It wasn't our fault we ran out, we have been calling for over a week before we ran out only to be told we were on the schedule for the next two weeks. Their keep full program is a scam and they don't honor their contracted obligations of the program.

The delivery was very slow too up to 10 days to get our propane. I wish the delivery was faster

I doubt my experience could have been worse. I returned home from 6 days in the hospital and after having heart surgery to discover the house was icy cold on what was the coldest day of the winter. Called for emergency delivery of propane, explaining that I had just had surgery, was promised the tank would be filled that day. Representative apologized after checking & found they had recorded my propane level at 18% & since I was on auto refill it should have already been filled. Rep admitted it was your error & in spite of the promise of same day delivery it took 4 days before we had heat in the house. I will give you one star only because there is no option to select ZERO stars. I've tried to buy the tank so I can switch providers & you won't sell but I will switch. Never, ever, have I experienced such terrible service.
