If you are looking for a company, DO NOT consider using them. This company is so unprofessional. They do less than quality work! Our complex looks terrible as they dont clean out the brush areas that used to be cleaned out all of the time and leaf removal is a joke. Snow removal is laughable. I am forced to deal with this business through my HOA. They have not treated me well and skipped over me for spring sprinkler turn on and then tried to charge me an arm and leg to come back out when this is paid for as part of monthly dues. In the past, if I ever got quotes from them to do extra work in my beds, their quotes have been outrageous and off the charts then anyone else - e.g. 250 to pull a small bed of weeds that cost 25 and that I do when I can. This company does not return calls, and often does not answer the phone. In fact, once they told me to just stop calling when I desperately needed my sprinklers on this summer as my yard started to turn brown during the abnormal heat in July. It was awful dealing with them. They would not help - would not communicate - and never turned on my sprinklers. Customer service does not happen here. There is literally no concern for you even though they are hired to take care of your yard and snow removal. Unprofessional and not honest. Many of us are hoping our HOA changes services - as you cannot deal with them as an individual and this is just plain wrong. Service: Lawn care
