Ive been using Genoa at the Shawnee location for several years and I really used to like the service. And the staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, that staff left a few months ago and the current staffs congeniality factor is absolutely nonexistent, condescending and downright rude. In addition, sometimes the coordination of my due dates with the insurance company and pharmacy dont jive and I get my medication a day or two later than I need it. That can be a big problem for those of us making great efforts to maintain our stability and tend to our mental health needs. I dont think it is professional to argue with customers about when they need their medication. I really dont want to go through the inconvenience of finding a new pharmacy that will meet my needs but if this current staff cant develop some better manners and understanding, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

In and out! Not so great hours, though. Limited to business hours due to location inside of another business.
