    I would give Mosquito Mitch a 10 star review! Mitch and Hollie truly care about their customers and Bennie does a VERY thorough job spraying our property.You can really tell he takes pride in his job! We have been using Mosquito Mitch for several years and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to keep their family safe from mosquitos and ticks. Services: Rodent extermination, Mosquito extermination, Cockroach extermination, Bug & insect extermination, General wildlife removal, Ant extermination

    Additional update owner called me harassing me about my review because apparently my google review update glitched and said I posted it a week ago when it was posted at least a year ago. We were well aware of some hip replacement or some surgery. so the communication during the alleged extermination was delayed. Point blank period there is no excuse for any exterminator to not do their job and catch a raccoon no matter what the circumstances are. Traps set chimney caps. You did this over MONTHS and didnt catch a raccoon. Meanwhile I got a trap and caught it in two days. Just trying to get an update on what is going on and why there is still a raccoon in my ceiling after at least a month is chalked up to hostility you can twist and turn how things went down but you know the truth and you have to live with that. On that note I hope YOU find your way in life and learn to treat people better, as kindness ALWAYS wins in the end. I wish YOU nothing but the best! :) UPDATE: saw where the raccoon was getting in. Set a trap and caught the raccoon in TWO DAYS, months of them making excuses and I had to become the exterminator when i know nothing about extermination, Im an electrician and did their job for them. Sorry excuse of a company. End of editCalled them out to get a raccoon out of our ceiling. They set traps and charged my landlord for all these small things and never wanted to do any actual exterminating. MOSQUITO MITCH says it all. Didnt do a damn thing about the raccoon. Just set traps and waited around charging my landlord. I had to reach out to them for them to give my landlord any information nothing was ever communicated to anyone. I called them out on this and they claimed that they were receiving hostility from me and came and removed their traps and recommended someone else. Sorry excuse of an exterminating company. I sure hope they can get rid of mosquitos because they didnt do a damn thing about the raccoon that is still currently in my ceiling Service: General wildlife removal

Layne, I am not sure what prompted you to leave a 1 star review on February 7th of 2024 when we last serviced the residence February 8th of 2022. I am also confused on the “UPDATE” you refer to when there is no original review for you to update. February of 2024 was your first google review that we show. I talked with your previous landlord this morning after seeing your review and she advised me that you haven’t even lived in the residence since early 2022, apologized for your review and behavior, and went on to say that she now understands why I did what I did. This is the copied and pasted email I sent to your landlord dated 02/08/2022. Your previous landlords name has been replaced with dashes to respect her privacy. I also erased the other companies that I referred her to in this same email, as to not list them here. Start of email;“Hey ———, following our conversation last Friday I had advised you that we have been dealing with some hostility from your tenant regarding the wildlife control work that we were performing on your property. I had also reminded you that we had to follow our companies policy that communication had to occur through you and not your tenant. I have found through years of experience in the rental business  that this is the best route to go when the tenant relays information to the landlord and the landlord communicates that information to us. After we talked Friday I feel that your tenant has continued to present himself through text to my staff in a way that is inappropriate and uncalled for. I “for the best interest of all involved” have made the decision to remove our equipment from the job and will refund you 100% of the money we have charged so far. I will also eat the cost on the custom order chimney cap that I had for your property. I am sorry that we were unable to complete your work, as I take great pride in customer service and customer care, but on the same note expect customers whether directly or inderectly to treat my staff with that same level of care.
