Koala Insulation of North Kansas City

The second floor of our house has been sweltering and we were unable to get it cooler. We had Koala check our attic. They came right away and told me what they were looking for before checking the attic then showed me pictures afterwards that showed how little insulation we had. I appreciated this as it felt very transparent and informative! Koala came out the next week and spent a few hours sealing and insulating our attic. They were very friendly, skilled, communicative, and efficient. Id recommend to anyone!

Richard came out and helped us determine our insulation needs for our attic. He was very thoughtful when it came to cost and efficiency. The team from Koala Insulation came out and installed new insulation in my attic and we couldn't have been happier with their professionalism. We're looking to have them come back out and do some additional work in the next month or so. If you need insulation I highly recommend you give them a call.

It was great working with Richard and his crew. They removed insulation from my basement. They were hard workers and professional at all times. Richard is easy to talk to and holds a wealth of information. I will definitely hire them again. Koala went above and beyond the call of duty.

Koala Insulation came out to get measurements, etc. We were told we would have a estimate emailed to us that night or the next day. After a week, we contacted them with no response. Another week we were able to talk with a person who said they would check with the man that did the measurements and then were told he had sent them. We let them know they were not received and asked to have them forward the original estimate. Over a week has gone by and we did not receive the estimate. The guy that came out, saw we had items left over from a yard sale and was interested in them and spent much time talking about negotiating services for items. We were not interested. I am only giving 1 star because (one you have to give some type) and they did atleast show up for estimate.

Richard and the Koala team were great. polite and great to work with. Very thorough in explaining all the problems and things needing addressed in the attic. Was even able to put some covers on a junction box and install a solar vent. A different company I had come give and estimate was not able to provide those services. I was happy I was able to get all things done by koala rather than outsourcing to other companies for different needs. Lastly they provided wisetack a system used for payments which really helped me and my family out.
