Top Flight Air Heating And Cooling

I reached out to Top Flight because my furnace had stopped working. Mr. Venerable (the founder) was able to come out to my property two hours later. He had a friendly and professional demeanor. After working on my furnace for a few minutes, he told me the control panel/circuit board had to be replaced and did a warranty claim for it. After he returned with the new part, he said the problem was not the control panel after all and reinstalled the old one. He was then able to get the furnace to work again and mentioned that he had to rewire it differently for it work, I paid for his services, and that was that. A couple of days later, I noticed the AC was not working. I called a different company to come check it out and I was asked if someone had been messing with the control panel because the wiring was wrong. He was able to get the AC unit to work within minutes and also tested the furnace to ensure that it was still working. I emailed Top Flight regarding this situation, but I received no response. Therefore, for this reason, I am giving it 2 stars.

As the temperature started to dip down in the lower digits, my furnace was not blowing hot air. I had put a claim in on my home warranty and Andre called me the same day to schedule a time to service the following day. He came at the appointed time and was able to resolve the issue right away. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. You can tell he truly is a nice guy wanting to help people in their time of need. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs HVAC servicing.

Great professional service that was quickly able to repair my furnace issue at a reasonable price! Andre (my HVAV tech) gave me additional information about my humidifier unit with two different options, estimates, and potential payment plans!
