If you're buying outdoor power equipment, go somewhere else. Everything is locked up. Display units are tied down tight to the racks. Can't handle anything before buying. Way to go corporate big shots. So detached from your customers that you're willing to punish the honest people because you are too cheap to hire employees or obtain a flexible security system.

Just save yourself the time and go to Lowes. We went to buy a dryer but the only option they have is to deliver them 5 days later, you cant pick them up in store because they dont keep any dryers in stock at the store. We found the exact same dryer at Lowes in stock for pick up at the store or next day delivery. Home Depot is just terrible anymore. Between the constant bombardment of sales people in the store, the fact that that dont keep basic appliances in store or offer a reasonable delivery schedule and the fact that everything is self checkout and you have to wait for an associate to come help you because the bar codes/scanners dont work. Every time I go to Home Depot I end up saying I should have just gone to Lowes.
