Aquinas Home Health

My mother has a complicated array of physical health issues. Her insurance actually recommended an LTC facility, but was not willing to pay for her stay (bureaucracy ). As such, we were connected with Aquinas for in-home care. This was not our first time with a home health agency, but this one stands so far above the last agency we worked with. Every person that has come to work with my mother has been so communicative, kind, knowledgeable and encouraging! I would recommend Aquinas whole-heartedly! The staff has been so dedicated, and my mom has hope for improvement now.

I had a great experience with them. I would like to say Thank for the caring and motivation you gave me to get back on my feet during my knee replacement. Physical therapy got me going. I'm doing great!

Every person, RN, OP, PT, who came to our home was outstanding. VERY courteous. Helped get husband back on the road to his old self. Just great ladies!!

****Revised review 2/2/21. After being contacted by Eileen I have a whole different view of Aquinas - I wish I would have talked to her early on during the process when I started to have problems. I do think that they really care and she got to listen to my issues. I believe there were some confusing items that she worked out and now I understand that there were some issues and the problems that happened. A lot of the staff is terrific. Pt, OT, ST. If you are a child of one of these elderly folks needing care you must stay involved. It helps everyone including the health agency. They are people and people can make mistakes. thank you Eileen for reaching out - it was very helpful to me.
