        Always a very long line but they move cars quick and the staff are all friendly. Waited 20 minutes to order and the person never came to me so I went to the window and the girl took my order and apologized for the inconvenience.

        as someone who works in the food industry, i do not find this acceptable by any means. yes they were busy, but to willingly send out a frozen drink like this is not okay. my boyfriend and i love coming up here and know and understand there will be a wait. never has this happened to us, to wait over 40 mins and for his drink to be half melted is not what we paid for.
