Horrible experience, Lack of professionalism or concern for customers. It appears to be no supervision or oversight at the Roe store and employees are allowed to lie and mislead consumers. Will never use them again. My 2021 tax return got rejected and I was not notified or found out until March of 2023, when I called the IRS. The Roe store will not help with situation and appeared not to be concerned about the error. I paid for a service and now i am getting the run around in regards correcting the error. Now no one is answering the phone at the Roe store and Im now forced to reach out to other stores and other resources to seek assistance. Hopefully I can get a real professional to help. DO NOT USE LIBERTY TAX! You Will regret it in the long run. if something was to happen with your return they are no help and the "Guarantee" they talk about is a flat out lie! Just pay the extra cost for your taxes to be done accurately at reputable business save your self the stress.
