Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance and Dr. Jones is amazing, I have had several knee surgeries there and drive from Topeka to KC to do this. It is worth the trip for sure! Everyone from the nurses, receptionist, surgery team, and Dr Jones are very kind, caring, and friendly! I would highly recommend this place!

Dr. Lowry worked on me twice and used donor tissue in my shoulder surgery. I knew something wasnt right and went back to him twice to try to get him to listen to me. After going to another orthopedic surgeon I found out that I had an infection in my shoulder which Dr. Lowry Jones would not address. When youre trying to tell your orthopedic surgeon theres something wrong and they keep blowing you off you need to get to a different doctor immediately. It could cost you your life. I had to go on an IV PICC line for six weeks and oral anabiotics for six months. If Dr. Lowry Jones wouldve listened to me my shoulder wouldnt have tore out more because of the infection that was eating the joint. I dont trust this man. I feel like he just didnt want to address that he messed up and there was an infection in my shoulder. I kept asking why cant I just get a reverse shoulder replacement? He replied that I was to young. Now I have no rotation at all in my dominant shoulder. I cant work anymore and now my left shoulder has tears in it from being overworked. Do your homework and choose wisely who you let cut on you or you may end up like me with 6 Bad shoulder surgeries under your belt. I have no idea what else to do in my situation. I am in chronic pain every day and there just seems like theres no answer to my problem.

not to concerned with follow up post op 6 months later. workers comp case. still have pain in shoulder and bicep, neck muscle also, hmmm
