Have tried to get ahold of parts department for three days and nobody answers

My salesman was Bryan .. what a joy to work with. He was professional, listened to my wants and needs. He was phenomenal, this is my 3rd Mercedes Benz but my first time getting the Mercedes top notch service. I went back the day after I bought the car he explained the features, and made sure I understood everything the car was capable of doing If they had 10 star review he would deserve it.. what a great person inside and out!! Thank you Mr. Bryan!!!!

Took my car for timing chain issues, I was told that it needs an engine and it will cost way more than the car is worth, took it to an independent shop and they just replaced the chain and the car is working just fine. However the service advisor Nick was nice and polite and responded in timely manner.

Very Shady and unethical dealership. They told me I had a transmission (faulty valve body) issue that cost $2257 on 10-5-2023. After getting a 2nd opinion, it turns out I only had minor auxiliary battery issue that cost $456. This is the SECOND time this YEAR that they misdiagnosed my car. The first time in January 2023, they told me I needed to replace both radar sensors and harness for $2010. However, they didnt have the sensors in stock and had no idea when they would get them. Thank goodness they didnt have them in stock because the light went out and never came on again! Really? I cant believe they lied to me twice in 1 year!

I would have given 5 stars, but the initial process of checking in was far below most other mercedes dealers. Typically, there is a main service/concierge desk to go to where you check in and give all your info if you're getting a loaner; So when I got to my appointment 15 minutes early I kinda just milled around the small waiting area trying to figure out how to check in... I finally just sat down assuming they would just come get me at my appointment time; that came and went. Then another appointment walked in, and he was greeted at a little table from a gal with a tablet. I then realized that I needed to go to her. After the little mishap, the service was great. Travis took care of me and even swapped out the battery on my keyfob since he could see it was low. They were able to get me into a much nicer loaner than most MB dealers have. Also, during the inspection for the warranty work they pointed out a couple of things (free of charge) I could fix myself and didn't pressure me into paying them to fix. Other dealers were always trying to sell me on something, including tires that were within spec. If they can fix their initial process for checking in customers, I would give the experience 5stars.
