        I called to check the balance on my account, and the lady that answered the phone was very polite and professional, and quickly got me the information that I needed with one brief 4 minute phone call.

        Pushy about their money, not tolerate to giving any extended space or time but when you pay them off, they want to take their time on giving you a receipt or updating anything. Let alone courts when they try to sue.

        I have made multiple attempts to speak to someone. I have unsuccessfully been transferred to 3 different extensions. EVERY time I am transferred to another unanswered line. I am very frustrated with the lack of service I have received with no attempt to answer my questions.... just kept getting transferred.
