I was greeted immediately after walking in the door. Samira helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was so helpful and kind. She asked if it was my birthday month, and it was, so I got 50% off of one of my items and 25% off of my other item! Great experience at this store.

2/10/2024 4pm Entered Town Center store to return items I purchased online, and look around to do an exchange if I saw something I liked. Manager-Melissa needs some customer service training. She seemed very bothered to do a return and made several passive aggressive comments about how much time this was taking. I felt like I was being publicly shamed to dare do a return, ridiculous. To the point I said forget it and went to UPS store to return. As a first time KS customer sad to say I will not be back to store or purchase online.

Not my first time in this particular KS store but it may be my last. I was pleasantly surprised to see they werent very busy for a Saturday afternoon. I browsed through most of the store for at least 10 minutes. It was easy to see that there were plenty of employees on duty but only one was actually helping a customer. Not once did one of the staff members acknowledge me when I walked in or approach me to see if I needed assistance. I had every intention of making a purchase but when it became apparent I wasnt successful in getting their help, I chose to leave. In reading the reviews, it is apparent that this particular Kendra Scott store may need to examine their employees customer service practices. I am completely surprised by this poor service (actually, lack of) and will do as another reviewer and buy on-line.

Been to this location 3 times. Rude and stuck up employees. Don't want to help you, you have to seek their help. I found out from a friend after going to this location you can enroll in a rewards program and get a birthday perk, never was mentioned to me at all. Expected better service from a jewelry store!

My husband and I were Christmas shopping at Kendra Scott at town center in Leawood. Gracie was amazing helping us find our jewelry and take advantage of the awesome sales that were going on! She also took the time to untangle a necklace I had brought in that I could not get untangled, which was above and beyond! All the while she answered questions and Assisted other customers and staff. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient in her service.
