        Had to get a phone upgrade so I went up on a Sunday morning. Derya, the young woman who helped me out, was not only outstanding at her job but an absolute pleasure to talk to in general. She knew her stuff, went over my available plan options and possible discounts to find me the best possible combination for the phone I chose. Deryas expertise and kindness is enough to make this my go to T-Mobile employee regardless of the store she works at. Fantastic experience as far a getting a new phone goes.
