        Tom Albers is the worst insurance agent I have ever worked with in my life!!! Every year that we have had to deal with him through my husbands employer he has made some type of mistake with our policy. Even giving him a 1 star rating is to much. If you have his name and number to contact for insurance, do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY, in the opposite direction, as fast as you possibly can!!! This last year, I did that mans job for him by providing him with the exact policy id number for the plan we wanted and he still messed it up!!! I can not express enough how incompetent this man is at his job. Run... Run Away!!!

        Called and had my wife removed from our insurance plan. I was told she was removed from the plan and I will not be charged for the month of May. They dropped the ball and I was still charged.
