Love this group! They are beyond friendly, professional, and on time. Ive never liked going to the dentist until now. Highly recommend!!! And does it get any better than a giant toothbrush

Update: I have not been back for a few years due to the way the receptionist acts and treats clients. Anna is extremely condescending and rude and I cannot believe she is still allowed to sit in this role. It seems like a lot of others have this issue as well. I would go elsewhere where you don't feel like a burden just for seeing your dentist.

Somerset Dental Review. Dont go here. I had gone here twice with absolutely no problems. The third time I went, I got a bill for $205. My insurance company only paid $112 on a $317 bill. Why? Somerset Dental had dropped out of a network and didnt bother to tell me. My insurance company only paid 70% because Somerset Dentistry was now out of network. Never in my 36 years of paying my own dental bills did I figure I had to check to be sure I was in network. Anna gave me some excuse that my insurance company refused to pay reasonable and customary rates. Somerset Dentistry generously agreed to pay half. What could I do? I still had to pay OVER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS out of my own pocket. This is unfair and ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. I did everything the same. I signed up for the same dental plan on the marketplace. I paid my premiums. My insurance company didnt change a thing. They still had the same payment schedule as before. Somerset Dental made a change, didnt inform me and I get stuck with a bill of $205. I was there for less than an hour and they charged me $317, yet only agreed to pay half for THEIR mistake. GREEDY!

The staff at Somerset Dentistry were welcoming and friendly. As it was my first time visiting them, they gave me a tour of their office and asked questions to get to know me. Sarah, my technician, was friendly and professional, as was Dr. Garcia. After my visit I received a personalized letter from Sarah and the Somerset team thanking me for my visit as well as reflections upon the conversations we had during my visit. 5/5, would recommend anyone in search of a dental practice.
