    My customer service experience was excellent. I have to point out that I called the dealership randomly 30 minutes before they close, Payton took the call and I told him I was going to be there in 10 minutes and I was interested in a specific car...he had it ready for me to test drive it when I got there. That did not even happen when I had appointments with other dealerships. The financing process was smooth, and it met my expectations. Thanks to Payton that made my process quick and seamless.

    These people obviously pay employees and family members to build their review profile because I have never walked away from a service appointment feeling very good about how much I paid (which often seems made up) or the quality of work. Case in point, my last visit was for a simple battery change. $600 and two weeks later after moving to a new state, the dashboard is saying battery is low. And this wasnt the first time, but no other local dealership. Just a shame Aristocrat comports itself in such a disappointing manner. I will stand by these comments until the day I die.

    Dealing with this location has been pure hell! We took our car there originally for a warranty repair and a week later something else was wrong that the warranty didnt cover. Ultimately it caused a bigger problem and we had that fixed at another service center but the original issue came back because of what the original fixer states because of the 2nd issue caused the the original issue to not be under warranty anymore. Given that The warranty company advised to take it back to the original fixer to fix the issue, Charles, the service manager advised that we take the vehicle to another service place, because of an exchange of words from a employee that works there did not want us to come back. Upon taking it back again, and advising Charles that the warranty company told us to come back there they simply didnt want to fix the car because of the altercation with the employee because of the service that was provided when I took the car back the second time. My vehicle is still not fixed and Im getting the run around. Matt the service associate is very rude and arrogant. When I went back to take the car, the second time, I was skipped over by the counterperson to assist another customer and when I spoke up about it, it caused the issue with Matt. Matt has the issue with us coming back and was advised by Charles that they have the right to refuse service but at the end of the day my car is still not fixed and Im making payments on it and its under warranty. I feel as if they do not want to fix the car because of, Matt . I personally feel like if you did not buy your Mercedes from them, they have a certain demeanor towards you. I would not recommend this dealership or service center.

    Great service - both Ben and Katya were helpful and nice, very easy to work with! They could help me anytime with a vehicle purchase. I felt rewarded just having them walk me through the process and being so personable. I would only come back here for any of my transportation needs!

    Ironically, this is a high end car place, and they have the worst customer service in the service department of any car dealership around here. If you need an appointment for service, good luck trying to get anyone to pick up the phone. If you leave a message they never call back . It's beyond frustrating. Honda, Infiniti , VW, Toyota have all been great with service. Very disappointing ....
