MPP Co Inc

The absolute worse company to go through for gap insurance. They lie about covering the reminder balance. DO NOT use this company for gap insurance on your car, theyll take your money every month and then when its time for them to cover they dont even cover half of whats left. I regret being talked into going through this company. Now I have to pay out of pocket for the car on top of all the money this company made off of me, clearly for no reason. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They scammed me.

I would shout it from the roof of Camelback Toyota, how I felt having MPP coverage. Everyone should add MPP to their coverage!! NO STRESS Ladies and Gentlemen you won't miss the $. I wish I could renew my contract with the MPP Co Inc! My service advisor Jose T is the BEST!! Check out Camelback Toyota and they have the best coffee machine!!

The first time I called the person I spoke with was not very nice and was not helpful but Im glad I did not listen to him but the next several calls I made to your company were excellent! I was also told by the people that put my tire on that you guys were very nice and professional and easy to work with. Thank you!

Although the oil change was done in a timely manner the help I asked for on how to get a couple of the cars features to work was meet with, "I can print out info for you to read and you can do it yourself." from the Service Tech. I'd already read the owners manual and couldn't figure it out and thought I was asking someone who would know what to do. Apparently not. Sales Dept, great people. Finance Dept, great people, "Service" Dept pretty lacking in service. Unfortunately, it's the service dept you deal with most and the area that determines, for me, if I would do business with this dealership again in the future. Based on this experience, once my free oil changes are done I'll be looking for someplace else to take my car.
