I can't say enough good things about this workshop! The owner Sow is absolutely fantastic - not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. My car came out of there feeling brand new! I'm so grateful for their expertise and attention to detail. If you want your car to be in top shape, this is the place to go!

I took my car in because it was making some weird noises and I read all of the glowing reviews. When I walked in, they told me that I would need to leave my car with them for a few days for them to look it over and let me know what's wrong with it (and they were up-front about this costing money, even if no problems were found). I agreed and asked for an oil change as well. After they found nothing wrong with my car, I went to pick it up. The receptionist punched $200 into the card reader, I paid and asked for a digital receipt. There was no itemization, it just says "Thank you for your payment." Turns out the oil HAD NOT been changed by F&M, and I only learned that recently when I recently checked my oil myself and it was dangerously low. Other fluids were also at the minimum line. All of these could have been reasons for the sounds I was hearing in December. TLDR: I view this as a learning experience for myself -- I need to ask for itemized receipts in the future. I'm hoping this review warns others that they need to ask for one as well, or else they might walk off the lot with a shoulder shrug, nothing fixed,- and +$200 on their credit card bill.
