        Tried to pay my bill at 7pm the day before it's due. It's Sunday, customer service is closed so I can't call in or make a payment. Tried to call my son 3 hours later and phone is off. Customer service is available to cut phone off but not available for payment. Prepay service has to be paid the day before to avoid cutoff at 12am the day it's due. It's difficult to do that if you can't pay online or call in payment.. 24hour customer service is needed or access to make online payments to prepaid accounts.

        Almost made me decide to stay with them. Went to get an account number and transfer pin. No waiting. Might have tried a little harder to see if they could offer us something to stay.
