Be very careful with this company. As an out of state neighbor to one of Mr Swearinger’s managed hunting properties, I have been shocked by his efforts to block my deeded access to my property through intimidation and vailed extortion. His claims of professional honesty and integrity are hollow.

Very pleased with Ray and his team! Would certainly use again! They were very much on top of the advertising of our land auction. They communicated with each of us extremely well. No communication from the listing agent on a property I was interested in purchasing. 72 hours is simply too long to wait in this hot market. Such a shame because I'm sure this is a great family operation, however, my experience was that of an outsider, inconveniencing the seller agent while he was at the Rodeo

Ensured all members were informed and you offered tools for each person to use for various aspects of the adventure. Your team was most kind, helpful and cheering for us cousins as you lead the effort to ensure we exceed our expectations. If you are looking for an awesome team that knows the way from cradle to grave to handle an asset (like land) to sell it and enable all parties to be winners....Ray is the guy you have to call!
