Most of the post on this site will be from women but if you know of any men who have had prostate surgery please have them schedule a session with Roxie. After a couple of sessions with Roxie my urination patters returned to a normal condition that I had not experienced in years. I was amazed at how a few simple exercises could change my life and increase my confidence.

Roxi was very attentive and informative. She was able to help me with some pelvic pain I was having at 30 weeks pregnant. She gave me a very thorough home exercise program that was easily sustainable which helped me tremendously! Highly recommend. :) Also her clinic is so cute, cozy, and welcoming!
