You guys need more banks in Salina And closer city for travel.

20 years banking with them...Okay? And we go through the drive-thru and we withdraw money...Once we go to pay a bill we notice we are $100 SHORT we go back to bank and tell the teller(whos new we are Assuming because we've never seen them there before) at the window, she said to go inside. We got a very rude teller (everyone has bad days so whatever) who told us we must have misplaced it THEN went to go search our car. (thats against the law!) We were told by the bitchy teller that she'll have to talk to the branch mgr(JAKE).The branch(JAKE) mgr left a voice mail stating the issue and he'll call back the following day after watching the cameras. Next day comes and no phone calls, so i call the bank at 3:50pm (bank closes at 4, which i didnt know but anyways..) and JAKE the branch mgr answered and we spoke about the issue (for the 25th time thinking we'll slip and say "another story") once he heard it AGAIN he stated he saw the cameras and he only saw the amount that was givin. So we're out of $100. Really bad service to the point we're closing our account we've had for a LONG time. Smh. Dont choose them for banking!
