        Run down, super loud, short-handed. The front desk guy was also cleaning rooms as people were checking out. Yikes.

        My husband and I stayed here for one night prior to his surgery. Room was fine, staff during check in was pleasant. Only complaint is they claim we damaged a cover on the bed when we did not do so. My husband was injured hence surgery the next day. Would not provide proof that the small rip in the cover came from our room and was not done by housekeeping staff removing the cover from the bed. Have stayed at many quality inn hotels in the past and have never had an issue prior, will be avoiding this location in the future.

        My wife picked this specifically because they advertised hot tub. She likes one to help relax after long car trips. It was broken. We were told it had been out of service for 2 years. Breakfast was ok but minimal in scope.

      Kristian,The housekeeping staff checks the linen from all rooms rented everyday. We have an excellent staff & they wouldn't damage the linen & then blame it on a guest. There wasn't any damage before you checked in & it was there after you left. I did send you a picture of the damage. You said that the room was great & our staff was pleasent, then you gave us a bad rating for you damaging our linen? I'm sorry that you are upset, but we only charged you half of the cost of the linen you damaged. We were trying to be nice...Have a good day.Quality Inn & Suites
