I went to get information about moving in and the community itself and Donita (sorry if misspelled) was knowledgeable and very nice! I hope I can move in soon! Edit: This place is a joke. One minute I make too much, the next minute I'm qualified and then back to making too much. Make up your d*** minds people. Thanks for nothing.

The Boulevard proudly offers an array of amenities in our pet-friendly apartments. Roeland Park can be the place both you and your pet call home, since our residents have access to a 30,000 square foot dog park right outside their building, as well as the myriad of jogging and biking trails within walking distance. The Boulevard also contains an Olympic size swimming pool with sundeck, a playground, tennis court, basketball court, and sand volleyball net, each open to residential use and sometimes also offering more formally organized recreational activities for residents to join.
