Patrick and Karen went above and beyond to ensure our home purchase got closed properly. Everything changed from the loan pre-approval process when our daughter, who was buying the property developed a medical problem that prevented her from physically being involved in the purchase. They did all the coordination between real estate company, lenders and title companies, plus were constantly adjusting to the requirements for documents from each entity. We are not "techies" and they walked us through the process when things seemed too daunting to produce. Their processes made remote signing of documents very easy and efficient for us. The closing date kept changing and we were immediately updated with each change. We will be using C2C Mortgage when our son decides to buy in Kansas.
