A package that belonged to someone in my household that has the same first name as someone that used to live here was delivered across town just because it had the same first name. This is why companies lose money on packages because someone didn't read the complete name or address on that package.

Everytime my package gets to the Pittsburg hub it seems to sit there for 2 or 3 days and delays my items. Every. Single. Time. Goes across the country in 3 days and Pittsburg takes 3 days to take it 6 miles.

My husband ordered a package that was supposed to be here in three days and your delivery drivers didn't even look for our address. Our road splits and we are on the south end of town. God forbid you want to speak to someone over the phone because they do not answer.

Today the manager kicked me out of the store they refused to refund money from me from a shipment they refused to deliver. The manager was throwing other employees name's around. The USPS didn't have any trouble delivering my package so I paid twice while UPS waisted my time and money I would give the manager a -10 stars she has a bad attitude I don't know how other people can work with a backstabbing person I wouldn't put up with her.
