We are proud owners of the most beautiful manufactured home I've ever seen. Steve Newman worked with us for months helping us get exactly what we wanted. We literally picked every surface from the flooring to the ceiling. He was so patient with us and didn't mind when we changed our minds over and over. He even helped us secure financing. Everyone who walks in our house tells us how beautiful it is and are totally amazed that is a manufactured home. I 100% recommend Modern House and Home and ask for Steve. You won't be sorry!

Steve is so patient and communicative, it took us 5 months to get the right loan we wanted and he was there every step of the way! Couldn't ask for a better price on our home! Thanks Steve!!

Tim is a joke to work with. Constant disrespect and excuses. My home didnt even pass inspection due to them missing 8 straps underneath my home. Leaving lights and water on flooding my yard. Hiring subcontractors that barely show up and when they do, only work a few hours. My home has been on my property for 7 weeks and we still arent near ready to move in. Ignores my phone calls and texts when he is wrong and runs out of excuses.
