        Apperantly after 7 they don't do giant sandwiches. I didn't realize that jimmy johns had this rule or maybe it was just the lady that was working not wanting to get off her phone long enough to make 2 giants. I've had better service at the DMV.

        I have always loved Jimmy Johns, but I stopped by the Pittsburgh location for lunch today am I was extremely disappointed. I tried to go through the drive thru and the lady asked if I had rewards so I gave her my phone number and she told me I didnt have an account. I went to a different location a few weeks ago and it worked then so I asked her to retry and she rolled her eyes at me and it didnt work. I asked to go inside and try she told me I could but it wouldnt work. I went inside and it worked just fine! The lady inside was also very rude. I will never return to this location.
