They just Willy nilly reschedule people , don't even check if the day works with them, or even schedule them with their actual doctor or therapist. AND then have the gall to tell me I owe them money for services
Yea until your nurse calls and apologizes , you can spend your massive grants on my doctor's appointments, and when I find out what's wrong with me ,you can pay m even more with a negligence lawsuit.

For some reason my NURSE, decided to cancel my next appointment and try to make me wait in the room despite what my DOCTOR told me, and now I have to wait for another month for an appointment I've already had to wait multiple months for.
Needless to say, I'm not paying my bill, send it to my nurse
