      A repair was never scheduled with you. I told you we would add you to the list as we were full when you called yesterday afternoon. I contacted you first thing this morning after reviewing our schedule last night and seeing that there’s no way we could get there in the next week. I wanted to be honest with you and let you know that so you could find someone else. You did not need to cuss at me and hang up on me. We’re trying the best we can to get to everyone.I’m sorry for your inconvenience.
