        Great service! No complaints. Alex, a rep located in Chanute KS came out and had us up and running within 30 mins. Great customer service, very professional and polite. Would recommend 10/10

        Here's a little known fact about Sparklight. They do not keep records of any numbers you call with 800 numbers. So lets say you call a large corporation to have a new TV delivered, after a few weeks you don't receive any info from them and call back. They ask when you called and you jump on Sparklights website to see when you contacted them. BOOM its not there. Never has been there, will never be there. Change companies fast.

        Pay all that money for the service to drop off and on a lot and the sit says no outage but mine has been down for awhile. Never had any problems with the other company here in parsons. Stay away
