        Great experience working with Mark Stevens, when other dealers were charging well over MSRP Tom Davis and his staff didnt play those games - Mr. Tom Davis and his staff are good people

        took in my vehicle to get it checked out for hard shift to reverse and stated concerns about the motor moving while changing gears and they said it was normal and gave me paperwork stating everything was okay 2 weeks later the problem kept on so i took it to another dealer and they found a broken motor mound i called them and let them know they were wrong and they implied that it probably just happened but they were just careless!

Our service team does preform a 27 point inspection with all vehicles that move through our shop. We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service. I am not sure what correlation hard gear shifts have with motor mounts but I am glad and hope that your issue has been resolved with that finding.
