Prairie West Apartments

Landlord wont help with resident needs. Weve had our Ac broken for months now and havent gotten any closer to ours fixed. And this isnt only our problem but an issue for others. He didnt have someone come and fix our fridge. So we had to buy or own ac and use a mini fridge to keep things cold. After paying deposit, our room was still trashed and after days of not being able to move in, weve had to come in and clean it ourselves. Also every other resident has experienced this, where we would go moments of having no water, or hot water. Dont expect much from this landlord, he might seem genuine with a smile, but he wont help you.
