Don't stay here unless you want to be judged and constantly watched. To start they are prejudice against RVs older than 2010 and we have a 2004. They made an exception after requesting a photo of our RV to judge if it "looked" nice enough for their RV park. I made sure to ask about site size and say multiple times we have a trailer behind and made sure it would fit with our RV in the site. They also don't seem to like late check in so we decided to skip our dinner just to make it there before they closed at 8pm. Upon arrival I was asked about pets and children which we have both. I was then told about the pond rules and to clean up after the dogs in such a tone that felt like I was being talked down to. The tone implied that I don't know to not let my child in a pond and I don't know to clean up after my pets. I asked politely where we could unload our car from the trailer and she showed me the map on the wall where we could do that where out site was. I go out and show my husband and we unload the car and start to back into the site with our trailer with an audience watching us the whole time. The lady who runs the RV park came out to watch as well which is when she decided to tell me that they don't allow trailers, only after seeing that we also have a side by side on our flat bed car trailer. She asked if we could park it somewhere else implying that it did not look good enough for her. She then stated that car trailers were acceptable, but it seemed ours was not because it also carried our side by side in addition to our car. She also stated that they had to stop allowing trailers because the "Beverly Hillbillies" were there before which I took as an insult stating that we were Hillbillies because we have a race side by side. While all of this conversation is happening the RV at the spot in front of us has a car trailer with a car on it. The next day we noticed multiple car trailers and even a cargo trailer and other older RVs and Campers around the park which reinforced that feeling of we were unwanted hillbillies because we have a side by side on out trailer. I immediately felt very judged and unwanted to leave and we called every RV park in the area to find a spot for the nights we needed but none were available. We thought this would be good park due to its location so my son could meet family for the first time but seriously wish we had stayed somewhere nicer and less judgemental. We stayed and decided to be a quite as possible and keep to ourselves since they didn't seem to want us there. The day before we left when came back from lunch, we parked out car in the parking spots by the bathroom hoping our site wouldn't look too crowded for them, we were asked if we were staying in the park. I guess it's good that they ask people but after everything else we felt insulted like we didn't look like we should be there. They are so worried about the appearance that when moving gravel from the multiple piles be our RV to the site they were fixing they scrape the bucket the whole way to pick up loose gravel so you feel like your in the middle of a construction site. As opposed to just cleaning up after they are done. Ive counted 15 loads in 2 hours. They are also very adamant about not driving on the grass which I get but you can't even hang over the grass for just a few night stay heaven forbid they need to mow or weed wack randomly. Needless to say we were very happy to be leaving and will never return. I would not recommend staying there.
