Very rude did not greet me or introduce himself. I asked him to use hand sanitizer upon entering the home he told me his wife is a nurse and said he didn’t have to. He was extremely unprofessional and rude hygiene was poor. I would check if your bank is sending this person out to your home and decline. He is the owner so I doubt he took my complaint about his servicew

Glenn, the owner, was very rude and short with me when I called to check on the status of my appraisal because it was overdue. I guess because the consumer/realestate investor has no choice on which appraisal company to use they fill that that is acceptable
