DO NOT SHOP HERE! The staff is pleasant but they're business practices are either shady or incompetent. I never received Carfax I asked for during the test drive. The salesman Jeff tried to sell me on a $5000 warranty citing the Engine Control Module( brain of all new cars) as frequently going out. 31 days later, 1 day past the 30 day warranty given by law, the ECM cuts out due to a harnessing issue causing a drained battery and car wouldn't start without a jump. Report it to them and they denied any coverage initially, I mentioned I would leave a review and they paid half of the $600 repair fair enough I suppose. But a bit curious/ suspicious I thought. Now it's been 4 months and I don't receive the title due to them shipping it to the wrong address, I get a letter from the bank threatening legal action if the car doesn't get registered. I call about the title and they say they shipped it twice and it was signed for Scan over the signature and it is not mine nor did the address match mine( I live in OP, it's addressed to Mission). They say they will order a new duplicate at $50 cost to me( the state charges 8.50) and I have to drive down to Paola from OP to pick it up as well,as they will not ship again. Long story short don't buy here, it will cost you way more in the end.
