As a field adjuster working with many IA firms; we find the Olympia staff a pleasant group of qualified professionals to work with. They aid the insurance carriers with field adjuster eyes and ears, by providing damage assessments through a unique reporting process. Ultimately, to allow the carrier to resolve the appropriate settlement with the insured as it relates to their policy.

Absolutely awful company!!!!! Beware! Javier Ledesma came to my home, was completely rude and unprofessional and after speniding 5 minutes in my home left with a report stating that the damage to my home was due to temperature changes and not the daily blasting from a nearby quarry! No one will answer the telephone over there to complain to. Beware of this company!!!
