Curtis is the only heat/ac company that I will use. Honesty and reliability is hard to find these days, doesn't try to upsell, just takes care of you with a smile. You have to try him, you'll love the service.

A truly honest company that will not take advantage of you. Curtis offered only what we needed and didn't try to sell us options we didnt need. Our system is over 17 years old, and we know we are on borrowed time, but Curtis has kept our machine running. When the time comes to replace, CM Services will get our business! We highly recommend their maintenance service too.

So, as you all know summer around Kansas can be unbearable, especially without air conditioning. We were rudely reminded of this fact about a week ago. Our air conditioner went to HVAC heaven over the weekend. This is where I will add how blessed I am to have a large family, because they all own houses and have already weeded out the really good contractors. All it took was a call and by Monday afternoon Curtis of CM Service diagnosed the problem quickly and delivered the bad news. We were able to discuss options that worked well for us and scheduled the replacement of the air conditioner within 7 days. Being that we are in the hottest part of our Kansas Summer, I didn’t think it would ever happen that quickly. I can’t say enough about Curtis and Johnny’s work getting our new unit installed and Cheryl getting us squeezed in the summer schedule. If you need any HVAC services CM Service is the place to call.

Curtis McGaugh is professional and so knowledgeable. He fixed our AC unit quickly and also checked our whole system to ensure it was working as it should. He even taught me a few tips to help keep our AC in the best shape. He will definitely be our go-to person for anything heating and cooling.
