        Ive never known of a town that makes you pay double for a past due water bill of 3 days & pay for a reconnection fee when youre water hasnt been turned off yet but sure ok, we all have extra money we love giving away instead of being able to pay for seizure medication instead.& then after paying 2 months instead of the current past due, after I already paid 30mins later they turn off the water making it impossible to get ready for work but you might as well get what you paid for..so keep on wasting our hard earned money. Thanks Paola city water, it makes me miss Spring Hill where this would have never of happened
