Have always treated my family with respect and dignity. Living out of state it is still our wish that they perform service. Chad and the others are always gracious and answered every question we had.

They seemed very disorganized. The day of services, flowers started showing up, the family was talking to pastor, not sure where the director was, but I had to get up and direct where flowers went. The pall bearers were suppose to sit together, according to what wad planned with Mr Wilson, but day of services director changed his mind so they were setting diffrent places. So at end of the services here was the family and only 3 pall bearers. With temps of almost 100 degrees outside the family and the color guard are sweating like crazy wondering where the director and the rest of pall bearers were. Also discussed was that the casket would be opened one more time for family to say a final goodbye. Since one of the grand daughters had to work till noon, and drive back down to funeral. We knew she would miss the visitation pretty much, but figured she'd be able to view grandpa at the end right. No they never opened it again, so she never got to say goodbye per say. Then he didn't make sure all the family cars were lined up together, and left out our car, which containef part of the family. We ended up way behind the procession. We ended up behind several slow cars and almost missed the grave side services. Almost forgot the family didn't recieved any thank you's to send out for flowers recieved or memorials made in the honor of the deceased. We have been to lots of services when Chuck Wilson owned it. The were always very well organized, and when Mike ran things he was such a sweet man. And Pennwell Gable was good too. But I can tell this unless Chad. Wilson can see to it personally, they wont be touching me or any other member of my family thats for sure.
