Highly recommend this family owned business! Trevor not only spent months coordinating this move with two counties, the state, law enforcement, Evergy, Capital Electric and multiple other contractors, he also managed to keep me sane during the entire process. I don't think any other company would have handled this move the way this crew did. House was moved and set on the new foundation within a week- in the rain and mud at that. These guys still treat me like family and I recommend them constantly! I would not be living on my dream property if it wasn't for them, this process saved me hundreds of thousands compared to building. Thank you Patton's!

Patton Structural moved my 1800 sq ft house back 300 feet to my new foundation on my property in Miami, County, KS. They were fast and efficient. I still cant believe how they did it and I was there! Very cool.

Very professional and completed the work. It was worth the wait, for his expertise, in his field.

Updated - not so good...Patton knows what they're doing when it comes to shoring up a basement, but follow-through is pretty bad. When they quoted my job, they offered to route my downspouts properly underground. He didn't compact the backfill at all, and as the dirt settled, all the downspouts have separated from the house by a couple feet - along with the gas meter that also settled. Some settling would be expected, but this is significant and I can't get them to return to fix it. I've had the gas company out twice to fix the meter, and I've spent a couple Sundays digging downspouts and making sure my water main isn't stretched tight. This is unfortunate because I liked those guys, but they're not finishing work I paid for, so I'm very disappointed. I would not recommend them for a turnkey solution - you'll need to employ others or finish the job yourself.
