We've never had a problem here
They have a lot of rental equipment & I believe they deliver. They also have port-a-pots for special occasions, truck & car rentals, & there are even items for sale in their building. They are friendly, good people. If you need to rent something, go check them out!

We are renting a porta-potty for our house build. At first everything seemed fine, except for initially I did notice that the unit we got was in very poor condition. I get it.. it's construction, not a 5 star hotel bathroom.
But things got much worse. The service driver wasn't able to service our unit for multiple weeks. I was given no communication regarding this. I only found out myself when my framers started to complain about the toilet. I called Gerken and got told to wait until my service date, which is almost another 5 days. I then called back was told that the driver was on leave and the replacement driver wasn't able to service it due to rain. However, we have a gravel entry specifically meant for access. I asked for an expedited service and was told I'd have to pay a large fee. Not ifs ands or buts. Basically their policy is that if they don't hold up their end of the deal, it's my problem, not theirs. Gerken is a large company, and should know better than to force its employees to come up with ridiculous policy excuses for health and safety hazards that come out of their lack of responsibility. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE for portable toilet rentals.

I have rented from Gerken rent all for years & many types of equipment. Their staff has alway been very personal and great to work with. I highly recommend them.
