Mark the manager is a tool, thats why turnover is high. He thinks hanging up on women after he tells them to have more money and not overdraft when it was his banks fault is acceptable. He needs fired and maybe the turnover would stop, he's just a big fat lard pos that is as worthless as a liberal.

Yes, the staff turnover is happening, but some of them have moved to different positions in the bank.
I've never had any problems with anyone there! I bank there & so do all my family. As far as I know, all the staff, including the president, Blake, at times come out to greet you when they're not busy. They take time for their customers, which is my experience. They do so much & it's usually with a smile on their face.
