Russell was sent out to us through Old Republic. We had a fried motherboard to our stove/oven in the house that we moved into. He knew what the issue was right away, and we had to wait awhile for Old Republic to send the part. Once he got it, he was prompt with service. He was a very friendly and kind man, and asked if I wanted to clean the dirty stove parts as he was taking them apart. Russell got the job done quickly and efficiently, and if we require service on any other kitchen appliances, I will be requesting him through our home warranty!

Russell from All Brands fixed our oven. He was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Once he diagnosed the problem, he ordered the part needed. Upon receiving the needed part, he made an appointment to install it, merely three days after his first visit. We could not have been more pleased and would definitely hire him again.

Had a great experience with Russ, I had a broken microwave that was fixed under my home warranty. I have no complaints at all He first came and inspected the issue, then ordered parts last week and came back today to finish the job. Was courteous and respectful. Thank you for the great service.

The most awful experience ever! Russ completely destroyed my microwave! What was supposed to be a simple door latch repair turned into Russ breaking the control panel and required for us to replace an expensive part. If I could give negative stars I would. He is AWFUL!!
