Varsity Tutors - Overland Park

We had an initial sales call where they promised a tutor, timing, and frequency so we signed up for an initial 12 sessions. The first tutor they assigned couldn't support the agreed upon times and days and was extremely slow in responding to messages about scheduling. We had a call with support where they promised to resolve the issue and for a day or so nothing happened. Called back and they again promised to solve the problem but assigned us a tutor who, in their profile, specifically called out they could not support one of the days we needed. Varsity Tutors wasted a large amount of our time and just couldn't deliver and now we are waiting a week to get our money back. We will never be doing business with them again.

Exploits its employees. Slashes payment for certified teachers without warning. Dont give them your money.

My 9 year old daughter absolutely loves her tutor. She definitely has taken her time to get to know my daughter and what works for her to be able to learn. I will be recommending Varsity tutors to all I know.

The professors are very gentle and patient. They have an answer to all of your questions. I like the way they are teaching, its very helpful and understandable.

I was apart of the acting tactics class with Taye Diggs and I learned son much! Varsity Tutors has a wonderful program. I’m excited and can’t wait to see what else they have in store.
