I stumbled upon RDP Transport needing a shipment covered ASAP and the gentleman I worked with was very professional and punctual. We were able to get our shipment picked up the same day and for a reasonable rate. I will be using them again.

Received an email quote $262.44 by Shane. I told him I would like to go ahead with this load. Received an email from Eric saying Shane made a mistake and the price was actually $352.15. I asked him to match the original quote since I had already billed the customer and I wasn't going to rebill him for their mistake and I wasn't going to eat the shipping on an item I sold at cost to the customer. He said he wouldn't match the original quote. Just to solve the issue I said I would split the difference for their mistake. I shouldn't have had to do that, but they weren't willing to make right on their mistake and I wasn't going to eat the difference. This isn't the first time RDP has done this to our company. After looking over the BOL I was sent they didn't even have our address correct. To make it worse, it's in the signature of the emails I was sending to him. I received an email a day later saying the load was picked up and on its way to me. How is that possible when I'm shipping the load and its still sitting on my dock waiting to go out??? This is the last time we will be using them.
