Hobie was referred to me by a friend. So I decided to give him a try. As it turned out it was the best decision. My situation was a little different I was a Florida resident and looking for a home in Kansas to be closer to family. We communicated by email and phone calls. I had given Hobie my specific needs and locations. After arrival in Kansas and looking at many properties I was surprised at the competitive housing market in Kansas. But Hobie had warned me. Hobie was always available and had the pulse of the market. With his help and expertise I was able to find a home within 30 days.
